Shopper level demonstrates shopper’s overall experience using Parcl. Higher level shoppers have used Parcl at least several times and received good feedback from forwarders. User level is an aggregated criterion that is based on the following user assessment metrics:
To reach a higher level, a shopper needs to collect Parcl points, receive mostly positive feedback from forwarders, and collect achievement awards. Below is the list of shopper levels and conditions for reaching each of them.
