Communication was excellent, fast and adequate. Price was on the higher side, but in the end it was definitely worth it for the service I got, the quality of the packaging and the excellent state in which the product arrived at my door.

Order Processing Update: Transaction completion mechanisms improved
We noticed that sometimes shoppers don’t confirm receiving the package for a while after it arrives in their city. There could be several reasons for that: shopper may have not had a chance to pick up the package from the post office yet; the courier may have been unable to contact the shopper; or the shopper may have been so happy about getting the package that they forgot to confirm receiving it. That’s all understandable. However, keeping order status updated is really important, so we’ve come up with some improvements.
We added automatic mechanisms that will remind the shopper to pick up the package and update order status. 5 days after tracking info starts showing the package as having arrived at its final destination, the shopper will receive an email reminding them to collect the package and click on ‘Package received’. If order status doesn’t change to ‘Transaction complete’ within 7 days after this message, our system will change it automatically.
We also noticed that some forwarders and shoppers tend to forget to leave a review for each other after the transaction completes. This step is crucial for a trust-based community such as ours. So we decided to add an automatic email notification that would remind both sides to leave feedback.
