Forwarder Pages Update: Forwarder profile page and forwarders list redesigned
Selecting a forwarder is a key step for any shopper registered at Parcl. To help shoppers make the right choice, we have changed the way information is presented on the All Forwarders pages and redesigned the single forwarder profile page.
When you open the list of all forwarders or look at a filtered list of forwarders matching your requirements, you can see right away now whether the forwarder is active and therefore is able to deliver packages. Forwarder status is set to active only after they have provided all required information (verified their email address, uploaded a scan or photo of their ID, specified their package center locations, etc.). If any of this information is missing from the forwarder’s profile, they are marked as ‘Inactive’.
Basic information such as average shipping cost and time, number of deliveries and forwarder location, is better organized now on the page, which makes it easier to read. Additional information is available by clicking on ‘More info’.
Another improvement we’ve come up with is related to the forwarder profile page. We have redesigned the description area, the rating section and the mini menu to include quick links to information about the forwarder. Now the menu is more interactive and follows your navigation up and down the screen. It helps users open links without the need to scroll all the time.
