A couple of days ago we noticed that our community users started complaining about not receiving email notifications. The most common complaints were related to password recovery, verification code and order update emails. We replicated all possible scenarios and found that in rare cases email notifications failed to reach the recipient.
We are currently checking our mail server logs to pinpoint the reason for this issue. In the meantime, please log in to your account to check if you have any updates or messages from the users you are working with.
