Our recent research showed that quite often forwarders ignore private delivery requests sent to them by shoppers. The reasons for that may vary: sometimes forwarders don’t feel like shipping particular items; the items ordered may be too cheap or too expensive; or the forwarder simply may not have noticed the new request. To help forwarders manage and react to new requests from shoppers, we added a ‘Pending delivery requests’ link to the ‘My account’ menu section. This link opens the list of private requests received by the forwarder.
