Parcl is a service that can help people get goods from almost any store in the world. Many people say it’s a wonderful, fantastic, useful and very convenient platform. However, we do realize that there is still a lot of room for development and improvement.
There are two key steps in the Parcl order processing: delivery request creation and payment. A properly completed delivery request form is the first step towards a successful delivery. To help our users fill out the request form, we created the ultimate guide with examples. In this guide you will learn what a product page link is and where to get it, what’s a good product name, how to estimate product price if it’s not in USD, and many other useful things. Making a payment is another important step, which gives the real start to order processing. Unfortunately, right now we offer payments through PayPal only, which may leave some users unable to use Parcl. However, there is a solution. Shoppers may make payments even if they don’t have a PayPal account thanks to a special option in the forwarders’ PayPal settings. A shopper uses a credit or debit card to pay, while the forwarder gets the money into their PayPal account. We added more details on how to make payments without a PayPal account in the Education Center for shoppers. Forwarders may also find this feature useful, as it lets them help more shoppers.
And just to update you on what’s happening at Parcl right now. We’re currently working on the delivery request form, which will be slightly redesigned and supplied with clear tips and examples.
