Delivery Requests: delete option improved for shoppers
We've received reports of a problem shoppers faced when they needed to cancel a request, but couldn't do it. It worked with requests that had no offers, but didn’t work when there were offers submitted by forwarders. We have now made it possible for shoppers to delete a request with offers made, but not accepted. First, the shopper needs to decline all the offers, and then press the X in the top right corner of the request, next to the green edit icon. Remember that after accepting an offer the shopper is not able to delete or edit the request.
