Holiday Update: Support Team Work Schedule Throughout the Holidays

Happy Holidays! Many of our users are now enjoying their winter break, so is the Parcl team. However, we are checking emails throughout the holiday season and are always there to handle emergency situations.


If you submit your inquiry between December 31 and January 3, or January 6 through 8, please allow 2 business days for the support team to take proper action and reply to your message. If you send a message to us on January 4 or 5, your inquiry will be reviewed within 24 hours.


Urgent messages related to refunds or Parcl policy violations, will be reviewed as soon as possible.
